摘要
高校财务管理还存在财务管理与教学科研缺乏关联性、财务系统与高校业务融合度不高、财务数据管理粗放、财务核算智能技术运用不足等问题,在过紧日子背景下,应以智能化服务加强预算控制,构建全方位预算绩效管理模式、建立数据收集与连接机制、重塑财务核算流程、打通财务操作系统壁垒等对策,实现高校财务风险控制,提高资金使用效率。
There are still some problems in the financial management of universities,such as the lack of relevance between financial management and teaching and scientific research,the lack of integration of financial systems and university business,the extensive management of financial data,the insufficient use of financial accounting intelligent technology,etc.Under the background of"Belttightened Days",the financial department should strengthen budget control with intelligent services,build a comprehensive budget performance management model,establish a data collection and connection mechanism,reshape the financial accounting process,and break through financial operating system barriers to achieve financial risk control of universities and improve the efficiency of capital use.
