摘要
在推广艾滋病病毒暴露前预防(PrEP)服务中,由于种种原因导致求询者不愿到医疗卫生机构现场进行HIV检测,阻碍了潜在目标人群使用PrEP意愿和PrEP持续的使用。为培养定期进行HIV检测的习惯,可通过HIV自我检测扩大在PrEP目标人群中的应用。本文将对应用HIV自我检测支持PrEP服务进行总结和分析,为新型冠状病毒肺炎大流行期间推广PrEP服务提供参考。
In the promotion of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis(PrEP)services,interviewees are reluctant to go to healthcare institutions for on-site HIV testing due to a variety of reasons,which hinders the willingness of potential target population to use PrEP and the adherence of PrEP.To foster the habit of regular HIV testing,HIV self-testing could be utilized to expand its use among target populations of PrEP.We will summarize and analyze the application of HIV selftesting to support PrEP services,so as to provide reference for the promotion of PrEP services during the COVID-19pandemic.
