摘要
从节电和降低蒸汽消耗两个方向对离子膜法烧碱生产过程中的节能降碳进行分析,通过持续不断的工艺技术优化、设备升级改造、智能化和数字化控制等措施,实现节能降碳目标。
The energy saving and carbon reduction are analyzed from two aspects of power saving and reduction in steam consumption in the production of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda.The goal of energy conservation and carbon reduction is achieved through continuous process technology optimization,equipment upgrading,intelligent and digital control and other measures.
