摘要
以苏木为原料,纯水为溶剂,提取液吸光度值为指标,采用超声波辅助浸提技术探究苏木色素提取工艺,为其后续在木材染色中的研究应用提供依据。通过单因素试验对比分析了提取温度、料液比、提取时间、超声功率4个自变量对于苏木色素吸光度值的影响。以此为基础,通过正交试验优化苏木色素提取工艺。结果表明:苏木色素提取的较佳工艺为提取温度70℃,料液比1∶50,提取时间50 min,超声功率为300 W,在此条件下,提取液在539 nm处的吸光度为3.725。苏木色素稳定性试验表明:苏木色素在酸性条件、常温避光条件下保存较为稳定,碱性及高温条件下易被氧化,光照会导致提取液褪色,pH值会影响提取液紫外-可见光谱,且伴随色光的变化。
In this paper,set sappanwood as raw material,pure water as solvent,absorbance value of extraction liquid as index,the extraction process of sappanwood pigment was explored by using ultrasonic assisted extraction technology,in order to provide a basis for its subsequent research and application in wood dyeing.The effects of extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and ultrasonic power on the absorbance value of sappanwood pigment were compared and analyzed by single factor test.On this basis,the extraction process of sappanwood pigment was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimal extraction process of sappanwood pigment was as follows:extraction temperature 70℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶50,extraction time 50 min,ultrasonic power 300 W.Under this condition,the absorbance of the extract at 539 nm was 3.725.The stability test of sappanwood pigment showed that the sappanwood pigment was stable in acidic conditions,room temperature and light protection,and easy to be oxidized in alkaline and high temperature conditions.Light would cause the fading of the extract,and pH value would affect the UV-visible spectrum of the extract,accompanied by the change of color light.
