摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测食品中的铅含量,利用微波消解的方式进行试样的前处理,在塞曼扣背景下通过添加基体改进剂有效降低干扰铅检测组分的响应值,以期达到准确检测食品中铅含量的目的。
By graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry detection in food,lead the way of microwave sample pretreatment,under the condition of button zeeman background,by adding the matrix modifier of the response of the lead detection method effectively reduce the interference component value,makes to achieve more accurate detection of lead in food.
