摘要
摊贩经济作为非正规经济,是城市发展的一部分,在不同的时代发挥着不同的作用。新冠肺炎疫情爆发后,摊贩经济重新回到大众视野。本文以广州市流动摊贩疏导区的治理政策为例,以目前政策实施情况为依据,对政策实施困境进行深入探讨,并在此基础上,提出广州市流动摊贩疏导区治理的优化对策以及未来发展方向。
As an informal economy,Stallholder economy is a part of urban development,playing different roles in different times.Following the COVID-19 outbreak,the stallholder economy is back in the public eye.In this paper,the policy of the mobile street vendor diversion area in Guangzhou is taken as an example.Based on the current policy implementation situation,the dilemma of policy implementation is deeply discussed.On this basis,the optimization countermeasures and future development direction of the governance of the mobile street vendor diversion area in Guangzhou are proposed.
