Objective:To study the value of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in the diagnosis of pulmonary space occupying lesions. Methods:A total of 100 patients with lung space occupying lesions admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were screened. The patients were divided into control group and study group, with 50 patients in each group.35 patients were punctured in the upper lobe of the right lung,10 in the middle lobe of the right lung,22 in the lower lobe of the right lung,15 in the lower lobe of the left lung, and 18 in the upper lobe of the left lung.CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy was applied.Collect patient case data, analyze the puncture results and complications of patients in the control group and the study group. Results:The detection rate was 95.45%,and the incidence of complications was 6.00%.After biopsy,6 patients had complications, and the incidence of complications was 6.00%.Pneumothorax occurred in 4 of the 6 patients. The 3 patients were mild pneumothorax, and the compressed area of lung tissue was not large, not more than 15%.Conclusion:In CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy for the diagnosis of patients with pulmonary space occupying lesions,it has important research value for patients with pulmonary space occupying lesions, with the characteristics of high safety, relatively high puncture diagnosis rate, uncomplicated operation, and can provide reliable data for medical students to make accurate clinical diagnosis.
