摘要
“团聚点”问题是挤出级软质PVC材料在实际生产制造过程中的难点问题,团聚点的存在会给挤出级软质PVC埋下安全隐患,制约了其实际应用范围。本文对“团聚点”问题开展工艺影响探究,通过调整不同的工艺参数,研究其对粒子颜色、粒子外观、力学性能稳定性、团聚点产生的影响,并通过对螺杆构型的测绘进一步剖析了其出现这类问题的主要原因,并提出了相应的工艺参数调节方向。
“Agglomeration point”is a difficult problem in the actual production and manufacturing process of extrusion grade soft PVC and has puzzled researchers for a long time.The existence of agglomeration point will lay hidden danger for the safety of extrusion grade soft PVC and restrict its practical application.The process impact of“agglomeration point”problem was investigated.By adjusting different process parameters,the impact on particle color,particle appearance,mechanical property stability,and agglomeration point was studied.The main reasons for this problem were further analyzed by mapping the screw configuration,and the corresponding adjustment direction of process parameters was proposed.
