摘要
产业组织模式在促进农户增收和产业提质增效等方面具有重要作用。本文基于产业组织理论,利用甘肃、河南、湖北和云南4个大麦主产省农户调研数据,运用处理效应模型(TEM),分析大麦种植户产业组织模式选择的影响因素,探讨产业组织模式选择对大麦种植户生产投入与收入的影响。结果表明,在受访农户中,选择传统产业组织模式的大麦种植户占比为68.22%,高于选择现代产业组织模式的大麦种植户占比(31.78%)。通过影响因素分析发现,户主年龄、家庭成员是否有村干部、大麦种植面积和获取信息渠道数量是大麦种植户产业组织模式选择的主要影响因素。在生产投入效应方面,与传统产业组织模式相比,现代产业组织模式显著降低了大麦种子、农药和机械等投入成本,进而降低了大麦总生产成本;在收入效应方面,现代产业组织模式比传统产业组织模式大麦单位面积净收入提高了31.83%,进而有效增加了大麦种植收入。因此,建议政府提升大麦生产专业化和规模化水平,鼓励和支持大麦现代产业组织发展,完善现代产业组织与大麦种植户的利益联结机制,从而促进大麦种植户增收、稳定大麦产量和推动大麦产业高质高效发展。
The industrial organization model plays an important role in promoting the increase of farmers’income and the industrial quality and efficiency.Based on the industrial organization theory and a survey data of barley farmers in four Chinese provinces,including Gansu,Henan,Hubei and Yunnan,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of barley farmers’industrial organization model selection,and then investigated the impacts of industrial organization model selection on barley farmers’production inputs and income by the treatment effect model(TEM).Results show that among the farmers interviewed,68.22%of them selected the traditional industrial organization model,which was higher than the percentage of barley farmers who selected the modern industrial organization model,31.78%.The factor analysis suggested that the age of the household head,the village leader role of family members,the barley planting area and the number of information channels were main factors impacting the selection of the industrial organization model of barley farmers.In terms of the production input effects,compared with the traditional industrial organization model,the modern industrial organization model significantly reduced the input cost of barley seed,pesticide,and machinery,and thereby reduced the overall production cost of barley.In terms of the income effect,the net income per unit area of barley in the modern industrial organization model was 31.83%,higher than that in the traditional industrial organization model,which effectively increased the income from barley farming.Therefore,to increase barley farmers’income,stabilize barley production and promote the development of high quality and efficient barley industry,it is recommended that the government should enhance the specialization and scale of barley production,encourage and support the development of modern organizations of barley industry,and improve the benefit sharing mechanism between modern industrial organizations and barley farmers.
