摘要
列举岩白菜所含的有效成分——岩白菜素和熊果苷,并指出岩白菜素具有抗炎镇痛、抗心律失常、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、促进睡眠等作用,同时对呼吸系统、消化系统、免疫系统有一定影响;熊果苷具有抗炎、抗氧化、镇咳祛痰平喘、抗肿瘤等作用。
The paper listed the active ingredients contained in Yanbaicai,including bergenin and arbutin,bergenin could resist inflammation,ease pain,resist arrhythmia,tumor,and oxidation,as well as promote sleep,meanwhile it has certain influence on respiratory system,digestive system,together with immune system.Arbutin could develop anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,antitussive expectorant and anti-tumor effects.
