摘要 滚珠丝杠副刚度是影响其精度、承载特性、寿命的重要性能参数。以单螺母滚珠丝杠副的刚性为模型,首先基于不确定理论建立同时考虑随机不确定性和认知不确定性的静刚度可靠性分析模型;针对不确定变量函数为非显性函数而无法求出其不确定分布的现象,提出了一种计算可靠度的两层参数不确定算法;通过计算可知,参数的不确定性会降低其可靠度;最后开展了可靠性分析,分析了各参数不确定性及不同不确定度对丝杠刚度可靠度的影响,节圆直径的不确定性对刚度可靠性影响最小,其次是接触角、导程角、滚珠直径、轴向载荷,而适应比的影响最大,且不确定度越大,可靠度越小。 The stiffness of ball screw is an important performance parameter affecting its accuracy,bearing characteristics and life.Firstly,based on the uncertainty theory,the static stiffness reliability analysis model considering both aleatory uncertainty and epistemic uncertainty is established;Aiming at the phenomenon that the uncertain variable function is a non-explicit function and its uncertain distribution cannot be obtained,a two-layer parameter uncertainty algorithm for calculating reliability is proposed;Through the calculation,it can be seen that the uncertainty of parameters will reduce its reliability.Finally,the reliability analysis is carried out,and the influence of each parameter uncertainty and different uncertainties on the stiffness reliability of ball screw is analyzed.The uncertainty of pitch diameter has the least influence on the stiffness reliability,followed by contact angle,lead angle,ball diameter and axial load,while the adaptation ratio has the greatest influence,and the greater the uncertainty,the smaller the reliability.
