南方某工业园区综合污水治理模式分析 被引量:1

摘要 在城镇污水提质增效背景下,针对南方某国家高新技术产业开发园区市政污水管网常年高水位、污水处理厂前溢流严重、进厂水质低的现状问题,深入调查分析发现主要系接纳了园区大量污染物浓度低但波动幅度大的企业污废水造成。由此提出构建一套独立的自企业源头排水收集、市政工业管线转输至末端集中处理的工业污水收集处理系统,辅以市政生活污水管网系统分步实施消除空白区、“清污分流”、病害修复等多种工程举措,实现园区工业污废水和生活污水分质处理,市政生活污水系统提质增效,进而流域水系环境质量改善的目的。 In view of the current situation of perennial high water level in the municipal wastewater pipe network,serious overflow and low water quality before the wastewater plant in a national high-tech industrial development park in Southern China,this paper deeply investigates and analyzes the status of the issues.The result shows that it is mainly caused by the acceptance of a large number of industrial wastewater with low pollutant concentration and large fluctuation in the park,and puts forward the industrial wastewater collection and treatment system from enterprise source drainage collection and municipal industrial pipeline transportation to terminal centralized treatment,supplements municipal domestic wastewater pipe network to implement various engineering measures progressively,such as eliminating pipe network blank areas,separating clean water and wastewater,rehabilitating broken pipelines,etc.So as to realize the separate treatment of industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater in the park,and improve the quality and efficiency of municipal domestic wastewater system,and consequently improve the water environmental quality of watershed.
