摘要
以深圳市某水质净化厂污泥为研究对象,通过生产性试验探究基于板框压滤机的污泥含水率、调理药剂、滤布型号等因素对污泥深度脱水的影响,确定其最佳工况,得出结论:将浓缩泥含水率控制在94%~95%,采用PFS-C+Y药剂对其进行调理,板框压滤机设备使用J500型号滤布时,污泥深度脱水效果最佳。结合以上结论对污泥深度脱水过程中的各个工艺环节参数进行调控,以切实达到污泥减量化,同时降低污泥深度脱水成本,并为类似污泥深度脱水工艺优化及运行管理提供实际性参考。
Taking the sludge of the a water purification plant in Shenzhen as the research object, through productive tests to explore the impact of sludge moisture content, conditioning agent, filter cloth types and other factors based on the plate and frame filter press on the deep dewatering of sludge, determine its optimal working conditions, and conclude that the deep dewatering effect of the sludge is best when the moisture content of the thickened sludge is controlled at 94 %~95 %, the PFS-C+Y agent is used to regulate it, and the J500 type filter cloth is used in the plate and frame filter press equipment. Combining the above conclusions,the parameters of each process link in the process of deep sludge dewatering are regulated to effectively achieve sludge reduction, reduce the cost of deep sludge dewatering, and provide practical reference for the optimization and operation management of similar sludge deep dewatering process.
