摘要
采用水性环氧乳液和水性环氧固化剂为主要成膜物质,制备了一款水性双组分环氧底面合一防腐涂料。对固化剂和硫酸钡的种类进行了筛选并对三聚磷酸铝的添加量进行了探讨。结果表明,选用Banco 920水性环氧固化剂和A12天然硫酸钡,并且三聚磷酸铝添加量为5%时,所制备的涂料光泽度和铅笔硬度适用期稳定性良好,且耐盐雾性和耐水性分别达到了624 h和672 h。该涂料可作为底面合一防腐涂料使用,在汽车零部件和机械设备领域具有广阔的应用前景。
A two-component waterborne epoxy anti-corrosion coating for one coat paint was prepared by using waterborne epoxy resin and waterborne epoxy hardener as the main film forming substance. The kinds of waterborne epoxy hardener and barium sulfate were screened and the addition amount of aluminum tripolyphosphate was discussed. The results show that when waterborne epoxy hardener Banco 920 and natural barium sulfate A12 are selected and the amount of aluminum tripolyphosphate is 5%, the glossiness and pencil hardness of the coating are stable in pot life, and the salt spray resistance and water resistance are 624 h and 672 h respectively. This coating can be used as an anti-corrosion coating for one coat paint, and has a broad application prospect in the field of automobile parts and mechanical equipment.
