摘要
乳腺癌已成为妇科最高发的恶性肿瘤,金元四大家对乳腺癌的病机认识与诊治思路各树一帜。刘完素以五运六气为基,以火热立论,开创了清热解毒治癌肿的先河;张从正从病由邪生立论,妙用“汗、吐、下”三法,因势利导,驱邪外出;李东垣从阴火学说、脾胃论治,以“甘温除热”法消虚火,祛癌瘤;朱丹溪以气血痰郁为纲,将窼囊理论与乳腺癌防治相结合,气血同调。四位医家论治乳腺癌各富特色,其学术思想进一步完善了乳腺癌的中医诊疗体系,也为其他恶性肿瘤的理论研究和临床治疗提供了学术指导及经验参考。
Breast cancer has become the most common malignant tumor in gynecology.The four masters of Jin and Yuan dynasties have their own ideas on the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.Based on the theory of"Five elements and six qi",Liu Wansu pioneered the theory of"Clearing away heat and detoxification"and"Treating cancer",while Zhang Congzheng used the three methods of"Sweating,spitting and lowering"to guide and drive away evil spirits;Li Dongyuan treated breast cancer with yin-fire theory and spleen-stomach theory,dispelled deficiencyfire and cancer by"Sweet and warm removing-heat"method,and Zhu Danxi combined qi-blood and phlegm-stagnation theory with breast cancer prevention and treatment.Each of the four masters has his own characteristics in the treatment of breast cancer,and their academic thoughts have further improved the TCM diagnosis and treatment system of breast cancer,and provided academic guidance and experience reference for the theoretical research and clinical treatment of other malignant tumors.
