摘要
目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析总结针刺治疗眼肌型重症肌无力的选穴组方规律,为临床治疗的标准化、规范化提供思路与参考。方法:通过检索针刺治疗眼肌型重症肌无力的相关临床治疗文献,建立针灸处方数据库,运用频数分析、关联规则分析和聚类分析进行数据挖掘。结果:①最终纳入文献52篇,腧穴84种,腧穴总频次490次。②使用频次前3位的腧穴为:攒竹、足三里、阳白。③重用阳经,取穴以足三阳经腧穴为主。④腧穴多位于面部和四肢部,选穴以交会穴和五输穴为主。⑤关联规则显示:阳白-攒竹、足三里-攒竹支持度均为最高。⑥聚类分析显示四组核心穴对:丝竹空-鱼腰-攒竹-阳白、申脉-足三里-三阴交、风池-太冲-合谷、太阳-百会-四白-瞳子髎。结论:针刺治疗眼肌型重症肌无力时重用阳经穴位,重视局部取穴与“治痿独取阳明”。
Objective:To analyze and summarize the rules of acupoint selection and prescription in acupuncture therapy for treatment of ocular myasthenia gravis by data mining technology,and to provide ideas and references for the standardization and standardization of clinical treatment.Methods:Acupuncture and moxibustion prescription database were established by retrieving relevant clinical treatment literature of acupuncture for ocular myasthenia gravis,and data mining was carried out by frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results:(1)Finally,52 papers were included,with 84 types of acupoints and a total frequency of 490 acupoints.(2)The top 3 acupoints in the frequency of use are:Zanzhu(BL2),Zusanli(ST36),and Yangbai(GB14).(3)The yang meridians are reused,and the acupoints are mainly selected from the three yang meridians of the foot.(4)The acupoints are mostly located on the face and limbs,and the main acupoints are Jiaohui and Wushu.(5)The association rules show that:Yangbai(GB14)-Zanzhu(BL2)and Zusanli(ST36)-Zanzhu(BL2)have the highest support.(6)Cluster analysis showed 4 core acupoint pairs:Sizhukong(SJ23)-Yuyao(EX-HN4)-Zanzhu(BL2)-Yangbai(GB14),Shenmai(BL62)-Zusanli(ST36)-Sanyinjiao(SP6),Fengchi(GB20)-Taichong(LR3)-Hegu(LI4),Taiyang(EX HN5)-Baihui(DU20)-Sibai(ST2)-Tongziliao(GB1).Conclusion:In the treatment of ocular myasthenia gravis with acupuncture,acupoints on the yang meridian should be reused,and emphasis should be placed on local acupoint selection and"only Yangming for treating atrophy".
