摘要
工商管理在企业管理中发挥着关键性作用,不仅保障企业之间公平公正地竞争,而且促进企业的正常运行和安全管理。文章首先概述工商管理概念及内涵,其次分析工商管理在企业管理中的作用,再次总结工商管理在企业运行中所产生的效果,最后提出具有针对性、目的性的企业工商管理策略,并为相关研究提供借鉴。
Business management plays a key role in enterprise management,not only to ensure fair and just competition among enterprises,but also to promote the normal operation and safety management of enterprises.Based on the initial overview of the concept and connotation of business administration,this paper analyzes the role of business administration in enterprise management,summarizes the effects of business administration in the operation of enterprises,and finally proposes targeted and purposeful business management strategies for enterprises,and provide reference for related research.
