中短波覆盖网技术在应急广播建设中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 应急广播系统是服务于危机预警、抢险应急的高时效性广播系统,与综合信息中心联动,能够在公共危机出现时第一时间扩散风险情况,将应急信息与避险内容尽可能覆盖至最广泛的事件发生地域或关联群众。基于山东省博兴县融媒体中心应急广播体系建设项目的设备升级工作,针对当前广泛应用于应急广播中的中短波覆盖网技术,从短波发射台数据接收模块、传输流数据解析模块以及远端唤醒模块三个重要组成部分进行分析,为中短波覆盖网技术在应急广播建设中的应用提供参考。 The emergency broadcasting system is a highly timely broadcasting system serving for crisis early warning and emergency rescue.It is linked with the comprehensive information center,and can spread the risk situation at the first time when a public crisis occurs,so as to cover the emergency information and risk avoidance content as far as possible to the broadest area where the event occurs or the associated people.Based on the equipment upgrading work of the emergency broadcasting system construction project of Shandong Boxing county Convergent Media Center,the analysis is made from three important components:the data receiving module of the shortwave transmitter station,the transmission stream data analysis module and the remote wake-up module,aiming at the medium and short wave coverage network technology currently widely used in emergency broadcasting,to provide reference for the application of the medium and short wave coverage network technology in emergency broadcasting construction.
