摘要
河南龙宇煤化工有限公司二期煤气化装置采用由五环设计院与河南能源化工集团联合推出的创新型国产五环炉,自2015年底开始投产试运行,运行过程中出现气化炉堵渣问题,通过技术改造、优化工况,实现了装置长周期稳定运行。
The phase II coal gasification unit of Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Companya dopts the innovative domestic Wuhuan furnace which is jointly launched by Wuhuan Design Institute and Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group. Since the end of2015, it has been put into trial operation, the gasifier has a slag blocking problem during operation. Working condition are optimized by the retrofit and long-term stable operation of the unit is realized.
