摘要
基于进一步提升电驱动总成系统效率和功率密度的需求,设计了一款碳化硅三合一电驱动总成系统,介绍了碳化硅控制器和驱动电机的结构设计方案,并详细阐述了碳化硅三合一电驱动总成的冷却系统设计方案。为了进一步验证该碳化硅三合一电驱动总成系统的性能,对电驱动总成系统制作样机并搭建台架进行测试验证,测试结果表明,该碳化硅三合一电驱动总成系统的整体性能优越,且碳化硅控制器效率明显优于采用IGBT模块的控制器,采用碳化硅模块设计电驱动总成有助于提升整车电驱动系统功率密度,并对整车电驱动系统设计选型具有一定的实际参考价值。
Based on the demand of further improving the efficiency and power density of the electric drive assembly system,A SiC(silicon carbide)three-in-one electric drive assembly system was designed.The structural design scheme of the SiC controller and drive motor were introduced,and expounded the cooling system design scheme of the SiC three-in-one electric drive assembly was expounded in detail.In order to further verify the performance of the SiC three-in-one electric drive assembly system designed in this paper,the prototype of the electric drive assembly system was made and the bench was also built for test and verification.The test results showed that the overall performance of the SiC three-in-one electric drive assembly system designed in this paper was better,and the efficiency of SiC controller is obviously better than the controller using IGBT module.Using SiC module to design the electric drive assembly is helpful to improve the power density of the whole vehicle electric drive system,and has a certain practical reference value for the design of the vehicle electric drive system.
