摘要
依据逐渐增长的铁路客车真空集便装置防寒要求,阐述了EM-3型温控器在客车真空集便装置中的作用及重要性,通过对其工作过程、工作原理的了解,在此基础上分析传统检测手法的不足,并制定相应的解决措施,提出了革新的检测方式,并进行硬件选型及电路设计,制作检测装置,有效解决了EM-3型温控器检测问题,提升检测质量,避免可能出现的售后故障。
According to the increasing requirements for cold protection of vacuum toilet collection device in the railway coach,this paper expounds the role and importance of EM-3 temperature controller in the vacuum toilet collection device of the coach.Based on the understanding of its working process and working principle,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional detection methods,and proposes corresponding solutions,puts forward innovative detection methods for it,carries out hardware selection and circuit design,and makes detection devices.It solves the detection problem of EM-3 temperature controller effectively,improves the detection quality and avoids the possible after-sales faults.
