摘要
皮革裁床的工作精度、加工效率受样片切割路径的影响极为明显。针对数控皮革裁床在样片轮廓数控加工中的数学模型,以退火算法+蚁群算法的形式进行了优化,对数控皮革裁床改进蚁群算法的基本流程进行了分析,以Visual C++编写的皮革裁床虚拟上位机控制软件对退火融合蚁群数学算法数控皮革裁床切割路径进行模拟,结果表明该算法在全局搜索能力、工作效率方面具有较为显著的优势。
The working accuracy and processing efficiency of the leather cutting machine are obviously affected by the sample cutting path.Aiming at the mathematical model of the NC leather cutting machine in the NC processing of sample contour,the optimization was carried out in the form of annealing algorithm+ant colony algorithm.The basic process of the improved ant colony algorithm of the NC leather cutting machine was analyzed.The virtual upper computer control software of the leather cutting machine compiled by Visual C++simulates the cutting path of the annealing fusion ant colony algorithm of the NC leather cutting machine.The results show that the algorithm is capable of global search and it has obvious advantages in terms of work efficiency.
