摘要
日本江户时代大儒贝原益轩在晚年撰成日本养生名作《养生训》,书中的许多养生理论与方法都受到了中医养生智慧的影响。一方面,贝原益轩吸收了中医养生哲学中的元气论、动静观、治未病等思想,提出了保养元气、动静合宜,克制内欲、抵御外邪,慎病为主、预防在先等观点;另一方面,他借鉴了许多具体的中医养生理论和方法,在睡眠、沐浴、汤治、饮食之道、房中之术、针灸之法等方面做了详细的论述。《养生训》在一定程度上反映和展现了中医养生智慧的生命力与影响力,对其进行研究有助于了解中医养生思想在日本的传播与发展情况,掌握日本近代养生观的形成与演变。
The Yojokun(Yang Sheng Xun)is a famous book about health preservation which written by Kaibara Ekiken,who was a great Confucian scholars in the Edo period of Japan.Many theories and methods of health preserving in this book were influenced by the health preservation wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).On the one hand,Kaibara Ekiken absorbed the theory of vitality,the view of dynamic and static,and the idea of preventing disease in the philosophy of health preservation of TCM,and put forward the views of maintaining vitality,appropriate dynamic and static,restraining internal desire,resisting external evil,giving priority to disease prevention,and putting prevention first,and so on.On the other hand,he drew on many specific TCM health preserving theories and methods,and made a detailed discussion on sleep,bath,decoction treatment,diet,sexual therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion,and so on.In short,the Yojokun written by Kaibara Ekiken reflected and demonstrated the vitality and influence of TCM health preservation wisdom to a certain extent.Study on it will help to understand the spread and development of TCM health preservation thoughts in Japan,and grasp the formation and evolution of health preservation ideas in modern Japan.
