摘要
为全面提升电力应急能力,合理规划电力应急技术标准化布局,本文立足新型电力系统开展了电力应急技术标准化研究.构建了电力应急技术体系框架,分析了电力应急技术的发展方向:电力应急技术应与先进数字化技术深度融合,还应针对新型电力风险开展监测与防控技术研究.基于现行电力应急标准体系,结合电力应急技术发展趋势,分析了面向新型电力系统的电力应急技术标准化面临的问题并给出了建议.一方面,应同步推进电力应急数字化技术研究与标准化研究工作;另一方面,应充分考虑新型电力风险,将新型电力风险防控技术、理论、方法融入技术标准之中.
In order to comprehensively improve the power emergency capacity and reasonably plan the standardization layout of power emergency technology,this paper carries out the research on the standardization of power emergency technology based on the new power system.The framework of power emergency technology system is constructed,and the development direction of power emergency technology is analyzed:power emergency technology should be deeply integrated with advanced digital technology,and monitoring and prevention technology research should be carried out for new power risks.Based on the current power emergency standards system and the development trend of power emergency technology,the problems faced by the standardization of power emergency technology for new power systems are analyzed and suggestions are given.On the one hand,the research on digital technology and standardization of electric power emergency should be promoted synchronously.On the other hand,we should fully consider the new power risk and integrate the new power risk prevention and control technology,theory and method into technical standards.
