摘要
构建现代化农产品流通体系是乡村振兴的重要措施,农产品流通数字化转型可以有效提升农产品的附加价值,由此探讨农产品流通数字化对农村居民生活水平的影响机理,并基于2010—2020年的省级面板数据,采用空间杜宾模型和门槛效应模型对农产品流通数字化影响农村居民生活水平,以及农村人力资本水平在其中的作用进行了实证检验。研究结果显示:(1)省域农产品流通数字化水平存在显著的空间相关性和集聚效应;(2)农产品流通数字化对本地和邻近地区的农村居民生活水平均存在正向促进作用,且存在区域异质性;(3)人力资本水平较高的农户,能从农产品流通数字化进程中享受更多的数字红利。据此从数字基础设施建设、加快农产品流通数字化转型、强化农村地区教育投入等方面提出了相应的政策建议。
Building a modern agricultural product circulation system is an important measure for rural revitalization,and the digital transformation of agricultural product circulation can effectively improve the added value of agricultural products.Thus,the mechanism of the impact of digital agricultural product circulation on the living standard of rural residents is explored,and the spatial Durbin model and threshold effect model are used to empirically test the impact of digital agricultural product circulation on the living standard of rural residents and the role of rural human capital level in it based on provincial panel data from 2010 to 2020.The results show that:(1)There is a significant spatial correlation and agglomeration effect of the digitalization level of agricultural products circulation in provincial areas;(2)The digitalization of agricultural products circulation has a positive contribution to the living standards of rural residents in both local and neighboring areas,and there is regional heterogeneity;(3)Farmers with higher human capital levels can enjoy more digital dividends from the digitalization process of agricultural products circulation.Accordingly,corresponding policy suggestions are proposed in terms of digital infrastructure construction,accelerating the digital transformation of agricultural products circulation,and strengthening education investment in rural areas.
