Design and Implementation of Intelligent Monitoring System for Ladle Hoisting

摘要 针对钢包起吊过程中人工目视操作易引发钢包倾覆等重大安全事故问题,设计了钢包起吊智能监测系统,并完成了钢包吊钩姿态检测及姿态数据解析工作。实践表明,该系统可以及时准确地监测钢包起吊异常情况,降低钢包起吊操作事故的发生率,保证安全生产。 In view of the problem that the major safety accidents such as ladle overturning caused by visual operation during ladle hoisting were apt to occur,the intelligent monitoring system for ladle hoisting was designed and posture-checking of the hanging hook for the ladle and analysis on data of postures were completed.The practice showed that the system could accurately monitor abnormal states in the process of ladle hoisting in time,reduce occurrence rates of accidents during operation of ladle hoisting and guarantee the safe production.
