计算机技术和信息技术的飞速发展为钢铁工业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。在新一代智能制造技术推动下,钢铁工业物流管控问题将迎来新的变革和发展。基于全流程生产协同的人-信息-物理系统技术框架,探讨了钢铁企业物流管控在物理层、计算控制层和应用层的相关问题。有助于推进钢铁工业制造在智能化、高效化、绿色化等方面稳步发展,实现采购、生产、销售全流程的优化与变革,提升对钢铁工业智能物流的认识和技术水平。
The rapid development of computer technology and information technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of iron and steel industry.Driven by the new generation of intelligent manufacturing technology,the logistics control for the iron and steel industry will face new changes and developments.Based on the Human-Cyber-Physical Systems framework for the whole-process production collaboration,the related problems in terms of logistics control conerning physical aspect,computing control aspect and application aspect for iron and steel enterprises were dicussed.The dicussed logistics control system is helpful to promote the steady development of intelligent,efficient and green manufacturing in iron and steel industry,realize the optimization and reforming of the whole process including purchasing,producing and marketing and improve the level of understanding and technical level of intelligent logistics for iron and steel industry.
