摘要
乡村环境治理研究是新发展格局下提升乡村环境治理效能的重要智力支持。运用文献计量法对2012-2021年乡村环境治理领域的研究开展知识图谱分析,旨在刻画其演进主题和动态趋势。研究表明,近十年间乡村环境治理研究的三大主题是污染状况、治理效果,治理效果的影响因素以及治理路径;在内容上由污染治理转向全面推进乡村振兴,在治理方式上从非政府主体的被动介入转为主动介入,在研究层次上由局限于农村向协同网络展开,在研究方法上从理论阐释向实证主义发展。未来乡村环境治理研究应聚焦乡村环境治理效能,重点关注乡村环境治理的协同效能、乡村生态环境公共产品的供需匹配效能、乡村生态和人居环境的数字化治理效能及农村农业发展与农村生态系统的适应性治理效能。
Rural environmental governance research is an important intellectual support for improving the rural environmental governance efficiency under new development pattern.The bibliometric method is applied to analyze the knowledge graph of rural environmental governance research from 2012 to 2021 to describe its evolution themes and dynamic trend.The results show that the three main themes of rural environmental governance in the past ten years are pollution and governance effects,influence factors of governance effects and governance paths.The research dynamic changes are from pollution control to comprehensive rural revitalization in terms of content,from passive participation of non-government entities to active participation in terms of governance mode,from limitation to rural areas to collaborative networks in terms of lays,and from theoretical interpretation to positivism in terms of research methods.The future related research should focus on the governance efficiency of rural environment,paying close attention to the collaborative efficiency of rural environmental governance,the match efficiency between supply and demand of rural ecological and environmental public goods,the digital governance efficiency of rural ecology and human settlements,as well as the adaptive governance efficiency between rural and agricultural development and rural ecosystem.
