摘要
通过文献资料调研,对我国青少年身体姿态问题进行综述分析。研究发现:50%以上的小学高年级学生和中学生以及80%以上的大学生都有不同程度的身体姿态异常问题,并且大多数青少年没有采取相应的措施进行矫正或者不知应通过何种途径矫正,严重影响青少年的身体发育和身心健康。体态监测是低成本识别出姿态异常问题的有效途径。进行功能性体育锻炼,养成良好生活习惯和运动习惯可以有效矫正不良的身体姿态。提高健康意识、了解科学常识、加强体育锻炼是预防和控制身体姿态异常发生和发展的有效方案。
Through the literature material investigation and study, this study carries on the summary analysis to our country young people body posture question. This study found that: More than 50% seniors of primary school and middle school students as well as more than 80% of college students have different degrees of abnormal body posture problems, and the majority of young people do not take appropriate measures to correct or do not know how to correct, seriously affecting their physical development and body-mind health. Posture monitoring is an effective way to identify abnormal posture problems at low cost. Functional physical exercise and good living habits as well as exercise habits can effectively correct the bad posture. Improving health awareness, understanding scientific knowledge and strengthening physical exercise are valid schemes to prevent and control the occurrence and development of abnormal body posture.
