摘要
测定了来自不同地理种源及演替群落的四川大头茶8个居群112株个体各50枚种子的10项形态指标,然后用主分量分析法、主因子分析法、系统聚类法等数量分析方法研究了四川大头茶种子在个体水平上的形态分化.结果表明:四川大头茶种子形态在个体水平上,不论是居群间还是居群内均有一定程度的分化;种子形态分化的规律由大到小的顺序为:不同群落类型居群间分化,不同地理种源居群间分化,同一地理种源的居群间分化,同一居群内不同小居群间个体分化,小居群内个体间分化.造成形态差异规律的原因与四川大头茶的分布特征、土壤因素及气候因子均有较大关系.
The authors measured 10 kinds of seeds morphology of 112 individuals in 8 populations which collected from different geographical provenance and successiving communities. With the help of the multivariate techniques, i.e. Principal component analysis(PCA), Principal factor analysis(PFA), Clustering analysis(CA), and WPGMA, the authors also studied the morphological differentiation of seeds among individuals of Gordonia acuminata from different geographical provenances and successiving communities. The result reveals that:1Seeds morphology of Gordonia acuminata among individuals has somewhat differentiation whether in a certain population or among different populations.2The differentiation of seeds morphology declining the following sequence:populations from the different succession communities, populations from the different geographical provenance, populations from the same geographical provenance,different micropopulations in the same population, individuals within the micropopulation.
