弱面对井壁稳定性影响研究进展

摘要 弱面的存在会导致岩石易沿弱面发生剪切破坏产生井壁坍塌、卡钻、埋钻,甚至井眼报废等事故造成巨大经济损失。弱面对井壁稳定性影响的研究目前已经从早期单弱面、单一力学因素发展到考虑力学、渗流、温度、化学等物理场全耦合和多弱面条件下,力学、渗流、化学耦合弱面井壁稳定性研究,对弱面井壁稳定性的预测精度在不断提高,适用性也越来越强,但在单弱面条件下,多物理场全耦合模型求解难度大,未考虑弹性各向异性的影响;同时多弱面条件下,多物理场耦合研究较少,因此,在热流固化全耦合单弱面模型基础上,进一步考虑弹性参数各向异性对井壁稳定性的影响,同时寻求该模型高效求解方法和建立热流固化全耦合多弱面井壁稳定模型将是解决弱面井壁失稳问题的有效途径。 The existence of weak plane will lead to the shear failure of rock along the weak plane,resulting in the collapse of borehole wall,stuck drilling,buried drilling,and even the abandonment of borehole and other accidents,resulting in huge economic losses.Weak in the face of the influence of borehole wall stability study has been developed from early single weak plane,a single mechanical factors to consider mechanics,seepage,temperature,chemical and other physical fields coupling and many weak surface conditions,mechanics,seepage,chemical weak coupling surface borehole wall stability study,on the weak side of borehole wall stability prediction precision is improved,the applicability is becoming more and more strong.But under the condition of single weak plane,the full coupling model of multiple physical fields is difficult to solve and the influence of elastic anisotropy is not considered.Multi-weakness planes conditions at the same time,much less physical field coupling research,therefore,in the heat curing all coupling single weak plane model,based on the further consideration of anisotropic elastic parameters influence on sidewall stability. At the same time, to seek the model efficient solution and heat curing the coupling multi-weakness planes borehole wall stability model will be the effective way to solve the problem of weak surface borehole wall instability.
