摘要
探讨不同粘胶及其混纺纱和针织物的性能差异。以国外A粘胶、国内B粘胶和国内C粘胶为原料,纺制了4种混纺纱,并分别制备成针织物。对比分析了3种粘胶纤维和4种混纺纱的性能指标。重点测试分析了4种针织物的性能,包括透气率、顶破强力、芯吸高度、悬垂性能和耐磨性能等。结果表明:使用国外A粘胶的针织物透气性、悬垂性能稍好,芯吸性能稍差;2种棉粘混纺针织物中,使用国外A粘胶的针织物顶破强力更优,但耐磨性能略差;2种粘涤混纺针织物的顶破强力和耐磨性能相近。认为:几种粘胶混纺针织物性能各有优劣,总体差异不大;由于国外A粘胶价格偏贵,选用国产粘胶有助于开发低成本且性能优良的混纺针织物。
Properties of different viscoses and their blended yarns and knitted fabrics were discussed.Foreign A viscose,B domestic viscose and C domestic viscose were taken as raw materials,four kinds of blended yarns were spun and prepared into knitted fabrics respectively.The property indexes of three viscose fibers and four blended yarns were compared and analyzed.The properties of four kinds of knitted fabrics were tested and analyzed,including air permeability,bursting strength,wicking height,drape and wear resistance.The results showed that the knitted fabric using foreign A viscose had better air permeability and drape property,but worse wicking property.Among the two kinds of cotton viscose blended knitted fabrics,the knitted fabric with foreign A viscose had better bursting strength,but slightly worse wear resistance.The two kinds of viscose polyester blended knitted fabrics had similar bursting strength and wear resistance.It is considered that the properties of several viscose blended knitted fabrics have their own advantages and disadvantages,the overall difference is not big.Because the price of foreign A viscose is relatively higher,the selection of domestic viscose is helpful to develop lower cost and better property of blended knitted fabric.
