摘要
目的了解高脂血症患者健康素养水平及其影响因素。方法选取2021年8-12月广西南宁市2所三级甲等医院高脂血症患者575例作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法对其健康素养水平及其影响因素进行分析。结果575例高脂血症患者健康素养总评分为(48.25±5.39)分,健康素养具备率为62.61%(360/575)。不同年龄、居住地、文化水平、职业、月收入及是否患有其他疾病、家庭成员是否患有慢性病患者健康素养分布情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄、文化水平、月收入、是否患有其他疾病、家庭成员是否患有慢性病是高脂血症患者健康素养水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论高脂血症患者健康素养水平有待提高,其主要受年龄、文化水平、月收入、是否患有其他疾病、家庭成员是否患有慢性病因素影响。
Objective To understand the health literacy level of hyperlipidemia patients and its influencing factors.Methods From August to December 2021,575 patients with hyperlipidemia in two GradeⅢGrade A hospitals in Guangxi Nanning were selected as the research objects,and their health literacy level and influencing factors were analyzed by questionnaire.Results The total score of health literacy of 575 patients with hyperlipidemia was(48.25±5.39),and the rate of health literacy was 62.61%(360/575).There was statistically significant difference in the distribution of health literacy among patients with different ages,residences,educational levels,occupations,monthly incomes,whether they have other diseases,and whether their family members have chronic diseases(P<0.05).Age,education level,monthly income,whether they have other diseases,and whether their family members have chronic diseases are the influencing factors of health literacy level of hyperlipidemia patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The health literacy level of hyperlipidemia patients needs to be improved,which is mainly affected by age,education level,monthly income,whether they have other diseases,and whether their family members have chronic diseases.
