摘要
目前混凝土骨料常用级配优化设计存在设计方法单一、调整过程繁琐等问题,且缺少对骨料级配优劣评价的方法。针对细骨料开展级配分析及优化研究,选取当地常用细骨料进行级配分析,明确优化方向,采用自主开发的细骨料级配优化方法进行优化试验,得到级配优化后的细骨料,可有效改善混凝土工作性能、力学性能。以C30强度等级混凝土为例,坍落扩展度较常规骨料混凝土最大可提升20/60 mm,28 d强度较常规骨料混凝土提升20%,可有效实现从细骨料级配优化到改善混凝土工作性能、力学性能的目的。
At present,there are some problems in the common grading optimization design of concrete aggregate,such as single design method,tedious adjustment process,and lack of evaluation method of aggregate grading.It carries out gradation analysis and optimization research on fine aggregate,selects local common fine aggregate for gradation analysis,makes clear the optimization direction,and carries out optimization test by using self-developed grading optimization method of fine aggregate,and obtains the optimized fine aggregate,which can effectively improve the working performance and mechanical properties of concrete.Taking C30 strength grade concrete as an example,the maximum slump expansion can be increased by 20/60 mm compared with the conventional aggregate concrete,and the 28 d strength can be increased by 20%compared with the conventional aggregate concrete,which can effectively achieve the goal of improving the working performance and mechanical properties of concrete from the optimization of fine aggregate gradation.
