摘要 目的 采用喷射冷凝工艺制备维生素AD微囊。方法 析因设计筛选喷射冷凝工艺参数,并对维生素AD微囊进行评价。结果 最佳参数为:供液速度:500 r/min;喷头转速:60 r/min;单位固体用水量:1.8 kg/kg。产品收率96.0%,维生素AD溶出快且稳定性良好。结论 采用喷射冷凝法制备的维生素AD微囊收率高、粒径合适、流动性好,可进一步应用于后续制剂工艺。 Objective To prepare vitamin AD microcapsules by Jet condensation process.Methods Factorial design was used to screen jet condensation process parameters and the prepared vitamin AD microcapsules were evaluated.Results The optimal parameters were as follows:liquid supply speed was 500 r/min,nozzle speed was 60 r/min,and water consumption per unit of solid was 1.8 kg/kg.The product yield was 96.0 %,and vitamin AD showed rapid dissolution and good stability.Conclusion The vitamin AD microcapsules prepared by jet condensation have high yield,suitable particle size and good fiuidity,which can be further applied to the subsequent preparation process.
