摘要
采用双柱低压离子色谱分离,电导检测了三苯基膦样品中的痕量氯离子.以Na2CO3作淋洗液,流动注射进样,优化色谱分离条件,并测定了该法的精密度,线性范围及回收率.
A method was developed for the determination of trace amounts of chloride ion in triphenyl phosphine sample by lowpressure ion chromatography with conductive detection. The eluent used was 15 mmol/L NaCO3. Calibration curves showed good linearity with r=0999 4(at 001-4 mg/L). The detection limit of chloride by this method was 5 g/L. This method is simple and accurate, in good stability and sensitivity, so it has been used satisfactorily to analyze triphenyl phosphine sample in factory.
