摘要
[目的]为了推进花生秸秆在草食动物中的利用,缓解蛋白质饲料资源不足压力,打造环境友好型畜禽养殖模式。[方法]通过查阅我国花生秸秆的产量、不同处理方法(物理处理法、生物学处理法、化学处理法)及应用现状、花生秸秆对草食动物生长性能和生理指标的影响等方面的文献,分析总结我国花生秸秆在养殖业中的应用情况。[结果]我国花生秸秆产量大,其含有丰富的蛋白质和其他营养物质,优质花生秸秆蛋白质的含量甚至可以与紫花苜蓿相媲美,花生秸秆经加工(制粒或者青贮)后不仅可以减少浪费,而且可以提高动物对营养物质的消化率,改善其生长性能和生理指标。[结论]花生秸秆经加工后可以广泛用于养殖草食动物。
[Objectives]To promote the utilization of peanut straw in herbivores,relieve the pressure of insufficient protein feed resources,and build an environment-friendly livestock and poultry breeding model.[Methods]Refer to the production of peanut straw,peanut straw different processing methods(physical treatment,biological treatment method,and chemical method)and application status,peanuts,straw on plant-eating animal growth performance and the influence of physiological indexes such as literature and analysis summary of peanut straw application in aquaculture.[Results]The yield of peanut straw is big,it contains rich protein and other nutrients,high quality peanut straw protein can even than that of alfalfa peanut straw after processing(granulating or silage)can not only reduces waste,but also improves animal digestibility of nutrients,improves the growth performance and physiological indicators.[Conclusions]Peanut straw can be widely used for breeding herbivores after processing.
