摘要
[目的]为了提高长大二元杂交母猪的繁殖效率与后备母猪选留。[方法]利用烟台市某猪场长大二元杂交母猪繁殖记录分析胎次、季节、配种方式对母猪的总产仔数、健仔数、初生重和断奶窝重的影响。[结果]第2至6胎初生重和平均总活仔数较多,第5胎的平均初生重最高为1.15 kg,第4胎平均总活仔数最高为12.7头,第4胎平均断奶仔猪数最高为9.88头,春季的平均总活仔数最多为12.20头;深部输精法的总活仔数、健仔数、受胎率和分娩率分别为11.48头、9.94头,98.5%、100%,而普通输精法的总活仔数、健仔数、受胎率和分娩率分别为10.67头、8.66头, 89.3%、97.2%。[结论]在生产实践中,建议使用深部输精法进行人工授精,并加强春季母猪的管理以及第2-6胎的繁殖管理,以提高生产效益。
[Objectives]In order to improve the reproductive efficiency of Landrace Large White Sows and selection of placement sows.[Methods]The data of breeding records from a pig farm of Yantai city was collected to investigate the effects of parities,birth season,insemination methods on litter size,healthy litter size,birth weight and weaning litter weights.[Results]The average values of birth weight and total litter size from the second to the sixth parity were higher than other parities.The highest birth weight obtained in the fifth parity were 1.15 kg,the highest value for average total litter size was 12.7and the average weaning litter size was 9.88 in the fourth litter respectively.The highest average total number of live offspring were 12.20 heads in Spring;For the same batch of sows,the deep insemination achieved 11.48,9.94,98.5%and 100%for the total number of live offspring,the number of healthy offspring,conception rate and delivery rate than those from regular insemination method,which were10.67,8.66,89.3%and 97.2%,respectively.[Conclusions]In production practice,it is suggested to use deep insemination method to achieve higher breeding proficiency,and the management of sows in spring and parities from the second to sixth should be strengthened in L Y sows breeding for a better production efficiency.
