摘要
食品电商平台的快速发展给人们生活带来了极大便捷性,但与此同时,消费者遭受网络食品欺诈的现象也越发普遍,给食品行业的稳定发展和消费者的身体健康造成极大威胁。为揭示消费者网络食品欺诈被害的发生原理,文章基于日常活动理论,通过全国范围的518份随机抽样样本,探究消费者网络日常行为方式与网络食品欺诈被害之间的关系。结果表明:频繁的网络日常活动、更多网络空间的个人隐私泄露、频繁接触网络食品广告均会显著提升消费者遭受网络食品欺诈的风险。研究结论旨在科学引导消费者及各方主体对网络食品欺诈进行有效预防,为实现网络食品安全的社会共治局面提供理论模型参考与实践指导。
The rapid development of online food e-commerce platforms brings great convenience to people,but at the same time,consumers are increasingly exposed to online food fraud,which undoubtedly threatens online food industry and consumers’health.In order to reveal the formation mechanism of online food fraud incidents suffered by consumers,the current study explored the relationship between consumers’online routine activity patterns and consumers’online food fraud through 518 random samples nationwide.The results showed that frequent online activities,more disclosure of personal privacy in cyberspace and frequent exposure to online food advertisements would significantly increase the risk of online food fraud.The conclusions aim to scientifically guide consumers and all parties to effectively prevent online food fraud,and provide theoretical model and practical evidence for social co-governance of online food security.
