摘要
目的 建立红外分光度法测定二甲硅油乳剂中二甲硅油含量的方法。方法 用氮吹法破乳分离出二甲硅油乳剂中二甲硅油后,以甲苯为溶剂,采用红外分光光度仪,扫描次数为32次,分辨率为4/cm,特征吸收峰为1261/cm。结果 二甲硅油浓度在1.0~3.0 mg·m L^(-1)范围,与吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.5%,RSD(n=9)为0.91%。结论 本方法操作简单,准确性、稳定性和重复性良好,可用于二甲硅油乳剂中二甲硅油含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish FT-IR spectrophotometry for assay of dimethicone in dimethicone emulsion.METHODS Nitrogen blowing method was used to demulsificate dimethicone from dimethicone emulsion,using toluene as solvent,and determining by FT-IR.The spectra were measure with 32 scanning times,4/cm resolutions and characteristic wavenumber of 1261/cm.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of dimethicone and absorbance in the range of 1.0-3.0 mg·m L^(-1)(r=0.999 9),and the recovery was98.5%,with RSD (n=9) of 0.91%.CONCLUSION This method is convenience,accurance,stable and repeatable.and can be used for the content determination of dimethicone from dimethicone emulsion.
