摘要
目的:探究耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗突发性耳聋的疗效性及其对血清同型半胱氨酸的影响。方法:选取2020-01~2021-01本院收治的突发性耳聋患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组给予地塞米松磷酸钠(静脉注射)治疗,观察组给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠(耳后注射)治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血小板(PLT)计数、纯音听阈值,不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组Hcy水平、PLT计数及纯音听阈值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗突发性耳聋临床疗效显著,可显著降低血清同型半胱氨酸水平、血小板计数及纯音听阈值,有效改善患者听力,具有良好的安全性。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of post-auricular injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of sudden deafness and its effect on serum homocysteine.Methods:A total of 60 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate(intravenous injection),and the observation group was treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate(behind the ear injection).The serum homocysteine(Hcy)and platelets(PLT)of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Count,pure tone hearing threshold,occurrence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy.Results:After treatment,the Hcy level,PLT count and pure tone hearing threshold of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Behind the ear injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of sudden deafness.It can significantly reduce the serum homocysteine level,platelet count and pure tone hearing threshold,effectively improve the hearing of patients,and has good safety.
