摘要
为稳步提升冶金工程项目工程管理效果,实现施工质量、施工周期与施工成本的集约化调控,推动冶金工程施工管理的平台化,以BIM技术为切入点,系统探讨新形势下冶金工程项目造价管理新路径,重构工程管理流程,确保冶金工程项目工程稳步有序开展。
In order to steadily improve the engineering management effect of metallurgical engineering projects,realize the intensive regulation of construction quality,construction cycle and construction cost,and promote the platformization of metallurgical project construction management,taking BIM technology as the starting point,this paper systematically discusses the new path of metallurgical engineering project cost management under the new situation,reconstructs the engineering management process,and ensures the steady and orderly development of metallurgical engineering projects.
