摘要
通过H钢厂热镀锌线高端汽车板HX180YD用户提出的粗糙度需求,以客户需求为企业生产主线,按照客户需求确定粗糙度控制范围,光整机采用湿光整方式。收集粗糙度数据,建立粗糙度控制模型,评估粗糙度控制能力可信度。结果表明,此数据模型可以达到高端汽车板用户的客户需求,而且有助于改善和提升产品质量。
According to the roughness requirements of high-end automobile plate HX180YD users in the hot galvanizing line of H steel plant,the enterprise takes customer needs as the main line of production,determines the roughness control range according to customer needs,and uses the wet finishing method for the finishing machine.Collect the roughness data,establish the roughness control model,and evaluate the reliability of the roughness control capability.The result shows that this data model can meet the customer needs of high-end automobile plate users,and help to improve and enhance product quality.
