摘要
针对某钢厂1号RH真空泵真空度下降慢、抽气时间长的问题,对原有真空系统进行技术改造。通过更换大型水蒸汽真空泵泵体、法兰分体对中现场安装、对真空泵泵体容易磨穿的位置采用双层泵体密封结构、取消蒸汽稳压室、增加快速启动泵等多处优化改进,减轻了现场安装及后期检漏维护的工作量。改造后大大缩短从大气压到8 kPa的抽气时间,提高了真空冶炼的可靠性。
In view of the problems of slow decrease of vacuum degree and long pumping time of No.1 RH vacuum pump in a steel plant,the original vacuum system was technically reformed.By replacing the pump body of the large steam vacuum pump,centering the flange split for on-site installation,adopting a double-layer pump body sealing structure for the position where the vacuum pump body is easy to wear through,eliminating the steam plenum,adding a quick start pump and other optimization improvements,the workload of on-site installation and later leak detection and maintenance is reduced.After the transformation,the pumping time from atmospheric pressure to 8 kPa is greatly shortened,and the reliability of vacuum smelting is improved.
