Nb含量对取向硅钢抑制剂析出行为和组织演变的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Nb content on inhibitor precipiation behaviour and microstructural evolution of grain-oriented silicon steel

摘要 本文研究了在未渗氮工序下,Nb含量对取向硅钢抑制剂析出行为、初次再结晶组织、织构演变以及成品板磁性能的影响。结果表明,Nb含量分别为0.028%和0.050%的取向硅钢初次再结晶试样中抑制剂类型均以Nb(C,N)为主,析出物数量密度依次为8.23×10^(5)、13.51×10^(5)个/mm^(2),析出物平均尺寸分别为44、35 nm;两种钢初次再结晶试样的平均晶粒尺寸相差不大,分别为11、12μm,主要织构类型均为{114}<418>、{111}<112>和{111}<110>织构。当Nb含量由0.028%增至0.050%,钢中抑制剂数量密度增加、尺寸减小,初次再结晶组织均匀性变差,有利织构含量降低,经高温退火后,0.050%Nb取向硅钢二次再结晶不完善,组织更细小,磁性能相对较差。 In this paper,the effects of Nb content on the precipitation behaviour of inhibitors,primary recrystalline microstructure,texture evolution and magnetic properties of grain-oriented silicon steels without nitriding treatment were investigated.The results show that Nb(C,N)is the main type of inhibitor in the primary recrystallization samples of two Nb-bearing steels.The number densities of precipitates in 0.028%Nb-containing and 0.050%Nb-containing steels are 8.23×10^(5) and 13.51×10^(5) pcs/mm^(2),with average size of 44 nm and 35 nm respectively.The average primary recrystallized grain sizes of two steels are close,which are 11μm and 12μm respectively,and the main texture types are{114}<418>、{111}<112>and{111}<110>.As Nb content increases from 0.028%to 0.050%,the number density of inhibitors increases,the average size of inhibitors decreases,the uniformity of primary recrystallization microstructure deteriorates,and the favorable texture content decreases.After high-temperature annealing,the obtained secondary recrystallization microstructure of 0.050%Nb-containing steel is imperfect with finer grain size,which leads to undesirable magnetic properties.
