摘要
目的:对数字疗法(DTx)产品改善失眠和抑郁治疗的有效性进行分析。方法:检索Medline、PubMed等权威文献数据库中DTx与精神类疾病有关的科研文献,并根据设定好的纳入排除标准,进行文献的纳入、筛选及提取资料工作。利用系统评价方法学质量评价工具(AMSTAR)对文献质量进行评价。使用R软件进行异质性和显著性分析,使用效应量Cohen’s d进行文献分析。结果:从文献数据库中共检索3107篇文献,经过筛选后最终入选21篇与精神类疾病有关的文献。在抑郁患者中,使用DTx的治疗效果优于传统疗法,且存在中等效应,随机效应模型的效应量Cohen's d为0.60(95%CI:0.44~0.76);在失眠患者中,效应量Cohen's d为1.28(95%CI:1.06~1.49),DTx与传统疗法相比存在明显优势和较大效应。结论:采用Meta分析法对DTx产品改善精神疾病进行有效性分析,可充分验证DTx对于失眠和抑郁相较于传统疗法具有明显的优势,从而提高对DTx产品在精神疾病治疗效果的认识,进一步推进DTx产业的发展。
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of digital therapeutics(DTx)products in improving insomnia and depression.Methods:The scientific literatures that DTx related to mental illnesses were searched in Medline,PubMed and other authoritative literature databases.According to the set criteria of inclusion and exclusion,the literatures were included,screened and extracted.Subsequently,the quality evaluation tool AMSTAR of systematic evaluation methodology was used to evaluate the quality of the literature.The R software was used to conduct analysis for heterogeneity and significance,and the effective dose Cohen’s d was used to perform document analysis.Results:3107 literatures were searched from database,and then 21 literatures that related to mental illnesses were finally included after screening.In patients with depression,the therapeutic effect of ones who used DTx was better than that who used conventional therapeutic method,and there was middle effect existed in them,and the effective dose Cohen's d of the random effects model was 0.60(95%CI:0.44-0.76).In patients with insomnia,the effective dose Cohen's d was 1.28(95%CI:1.06-1.49).Compared with conventional therapy,the DTx existed obvious preponderance and larger effectiveness.Conclusion:The Meta-analysis on the effectiveness of DTx products in improving mental illnesses can fully verify the obvious preponderance of DTx on insomnia and depression,thus improves the recognition of people on DTx products in the therapeutic effect of mental disorder and further promotes the development of DTx industry.
