摘要
减重手术(BS)是治疗肥胖症及相关代谢疾病的有效方式,但术后出现的皮肤松弛问题对患者生活质量和心理社会功能产生不同程度的影响,身体塑形手术(BCS)是解决皮肤松弛的主要方法。然而,BCS因在美容整形手术与功能性手术之间无法准确界定而存在着争议,并且在BCS的认知和态度方面的研究相对较少。因此,笔者分析目前针对皮肤松弛原因、部位、不良影响的回顾性和前瞻性研究,总结了患者对BCS的态度、影响因素及干预措施的临床证据,提出BCS能够改善患者生活质量,并将其作为病态性肥胖治疗过程的一部分;同时,减重和整形外科医生应对术后患者皮肤松弛问题给予更多的关注,在临床实践中正确推广BCS,改善患者的生活质量。
Bariatric surgery(BS)is an effective way to treat obesity and related metabolic diseases.Still,postoperative skin problems have varying degrees of impact on patients'quality of life and psychosocial function and need to be solved by body contouring surgery(BCS).However,the inability to accurately define BCS between plastic surgery and functional surgery is controversial,and there are relatively few studies on the perception and attitude of BCS.Therefore,the author analysed the current retrospective and prospective studies on the causes,sites and adverse effects of skin problems,summarised the clinical evidence on patients'attitude to BCS,influencing factors and interventions towards BCS,and proposed that BCS can improve patients'quality of life,as part of the treatment process of morbid obesity;At the same time,bariatric and plastic surgeons should pay more attention to the problem of loose skin in postoperative patients,and promote BCS correctly in clinical practice to improve the quality of life of patients.
