摘要
多层共挤法作为一种一次性成型的加工方法,避免了传统的复合、涂附等后加工工艺,可以有效降低生产成本;同时,采用多层共挤出的方法制备的薄膜兼具多种聚合物的优良性能,在食品、医药、日化等领域已有广泛应用,具有良好的发展前景。本文对多层共挤复合薄膜的结构、性能、应用领域进行了概述,着重介绍了可降解多层共挤复合膜,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
Multi-layer co-extrusion,as a one-time molding processing method,avoids the traditional compounding,coating and other post-processing process,which can effectively reduce the production cost;At the same time,the film prepared by multi-layer co-extrusion method can have excellent properties of various polymers,and has been widely used in food,medicine,daily chemicals and other fields.This paper provides an overview of the structure,performance and application fields of multi-layer co-extrusion films,summarizes the application in various fields and focuses on the development of biodegradable multi-layer co-extrusion films.The development trend of multilayer co-extrusion films is prospected.
