摘要
太湖流域水环境质量关系着太湖饮用水安全,严格控制入湖总磷量对太湖水环境保护具有重要意义。某化肥企业位于太湖流域,使用大量含磷原料,其废水、废气、固废均为涉磷废物,总磷排放对水环境构成一定风险。废气、废水、固废的规范化治理可以降低企业总磷排放量,促进企业涉磷环节的规范化管理。本文以该涉磷工业企业为例,分析环境规范化治理工程。经估算,工程投资约为20.5万元,每年可减少0.14 t总磷排放量,有助于保护太湖流域水环境。
The water environment quality of Taihu Lake basin is related to the safety of Taihu Lake drinking water,and strict control of total phosphorus entering the lake is of great significance to the water environment protection of Taihu Lake.A chemical fertilizer enterprise is located in the Taihu Lake basin and uses a large amount of phosphorus containing raw materials,its wastewater,waste gas and solid waste are all phosphorus related wastes,and total phosphorus emission poses a certain risk to the water environment.The standardized treatment of waste gas,wastewater and solid waste can reduce the total phosphorus emissions of enterprises and promote the standardized management of phosphorus related links of enterprises.Taking the phosphorus related industrial enterprise as an example,this paper analyzes the environmental standardization treatment project.It is estimated that the project investment is about 205 000 yuan,which can reduce 0.14 t of total phosphorus emissions every year,helping to protect the water environment in the Taihu Lake basin.
