摘要
为揭示下肢关节运动与皮肤形变之间的关系,运用高速摄像采集下肢标记点的运动学数据,分析下肢的运动规律。基于不同的活动角度,采用体表画线法进一步分析下肢皮肤形变规律。研究表明:随着下肢关节活动角度的增大,不同部位呈现出不同的变化趋势;形变显著的部位主要集中在大腿最大围后侧和膝部前侧,皮肤拉伸大于皮肤收缩,纵向变化幅度大于横向变化幅度;建立下肢关节活动角度与皮肤形变率的回归模型,并用于指导裤装纵向运动松量的设计,为裤装设计和穿着舒适性研究提供科学依据。
In order to reveal the relationship between lower limb joint movement and skin deformation, this study first collected the kinematic data of lower limb marker pointsby high-speed camera to analyze the movement law of lower limbs. Based on different angles of motion, the skin deformation law of lower limbs was further analyzed by surface line method. The results show that with the increase of the joint activity angle of the lower limb, different parts show different change trends. Indigenous parts of deformation mainly concentrate on the rear side of the thigh and the front side of the knee, where skin stretching is greater than skin contraction and the longitudinal variation is greater than the lateral variation. Finally, the regression model of lower limb joint movement angle and skin deformation rate was established to guide the design of longitudinal movement looseness of trousers, providing scientific basis for trousers design and wearing comfort research.
